Information Commissioner’s Office

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is the UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals. Its website provides useful resources in relation to data protection, freedom of information, and privacy and electronic communications.

The ICO is responsible for enforcing data protection legislation and monitoring organisational compliance, and has the power to impose fines for non-compliance of up to €20 million or 4% annual global turnover, whichever is higher.

Data Protection

The Data Protection Act 2018 controls how your personal information is used by organisations, businesses or the government.

The Data Protection Act 2018 is the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Everyone responsible for using personal data has to follow strict rules called ‘data protection principles’.

If you have any further queries about the Trusts obligations under the GDPR these should be forwarded to the Trusts Data Protection Officer at [email protected].

Join our Trust

Our Multi Academy Trust is a family of schools, who are genuinely committed to collaborative working, sharing the same vision and values and placing children at the heart of every decision we take.

By working together, we will strive to create a genuine partnership that all of our pupils, staff, governors and wider stakeholders are proud to be part of.

Our Values

We are child-centred, inclusive and ambitious. We expect everyone to act with integrity and be courteous, polite and kind at all times. We value our staff and invest extensively in training.

These values enable us to deliver a high-quality education that not only encourages curiosity, but equips our pupils with the academic outcomes, confidence, ambition and skills to contribute positively to our community and society in general.
