About Us

Business Services Team

Harbour Learning Trust is led by Richard Briggs, CEO, and an Executive team comprising of the COO, CFO and Executive Principals. They are supported by the Core Team, consisting of the Head of Estates, Head of IT, Head of Data, Director of SEND, Director of HR and Executive Director of Engagement and Communication. They work together managing the activities of the Trust under the delegated authority of the Trust Board as per the Scheme of Delegation.

The Business Services team have specific remits to oversee critical business functions across the Trust, working to ensure the strategic objectives of the Trust are achieved.
