Harbour Learning Trust is led by Richard Briggs, CEO, and an Executive team comprising the CFO and Teaching and Learning Lead. With the help of leadership and data consultants, they work together to manage the activities of the Trust under the delegated authority of the Trust Board, as outlined in the Scheme of Delegation.
The Executive team meets regularly and collaborates with other senior leaders across the Trust to ensure the strategic objectives of the Trust are achieved.
