Report a Data Protection Incident

The Trust holds the personal data of staff, pupils and others who have an association with the Trust. If that data is lost, stolen, corrupted or released to unauthorised persons, the Data Protection Officer must be informed immediately.

How to report a data protection incident

If you believe that a data protection incident has occurred, contact the Data Protection Officer immediately on 01472 582525 and complete the Data Breach Form.
